Pallet Conveyors

Gravity Roller - Designed for free running of pallets, Available using 60, 76, 89 or 102 diameter rollers (dependent on loading required) Pallet gravity roller conveyors provide a relatively low cost method of pallet storage and transportation. Braked rollers can be supplied slow pallets down on decline applications. Mild steel or stainless steel.

Chain-Driven, powered Roller Conveyors are designed for transportation of pallets from 250 kg to 5000 kg. Amek supplies in both fixed transport or zoned pallet accumulation. Available in 60, 76, 89 and 102 diameter rollers. mild steel or stainless steel.

Power Rotated Turntables, are used to change the direction of pallet transportation (from 10º to 270º). Turntables keep the orientation of the pallets constant, (so that the pallet runners are always parallel to the conveyor).

Transfer Carts Transfer Carts, are used to transfer pallets from one Conveyor to another, or to a specific position, such as a test cell or assembly point.

Elevator Sections, are Powered sections of Conveyors mounted on a vertical lift, enabling transferring of pallets from one level to another, or to enable loading or unloading of goods from pallets at a convenient operator height.
